What happened?

there were ppl on a hot air balloon and it had to much weight so they took off their clothes but that didnt work so on it so they picked matches and whoever got the broken 1 had 2 jump off the hot air balloon

he drew the shortest match for something....hmm.....maybe it was like someone had to give up their clothes to help make a blnket for the other person since it gets really cold at night in the desert....and.....um he did...and froze to death?

or maybe the guy with the shortest stick had to go streaking in the desert and his friends forgot about him?
