Find the pH and the pOH in this word problem?

I know how to pH and pOH, but this one is giving me trouble:

"What is the pH and pOH of a solution made by adding water to 15 grams of hydroiodic acid (HI) until the volume of the solution is 2500mL?"

Please also write the chemical formula--I think it is:

HI + H20 --> OH + H2I

    15 g/ 127.9 MM = .117 moles

    HI + H2O --> H3O+ + I-

    .117 mol/ 2.5 L = .047 M

    .047 M is hydronium or H+ concentration

    pH is negative log of .047 = 1.33

    14 - pH = pOH = 12.67
