Eat a lot of protein, and lift weights. If you do that, you will for sure gain about 15 lbs of muscle.

Get yourself a sacc of that sticcy iccy - twist that up and go to your local convenience store - get some funyuns and some soda and some ding dongs and some pizza rolls and some bean dip and some spray whipped cream (be sure not to waste the nitrous) and some sour cream and onion pringles - do that twice a day for 10 days and call me in the morning.

dont eat empty calories such as candy. eat bread and dairy, such as cheese and milk. also try not to oick throughout the day. eating six small meals speeds metaabolism and makes you lose weiight. so try to eat three big meals a day so that your metabolism slows.
