I changed my cartoon avatar into a picture why is it not showing?

    You need to go into your profile and set avatar as 360 pic. It also has to show up as first choice on 360.

    do you have a 360 page...

    if so,does your 360 page have an edit choice for using a personal picture

    if so, did you "save" it as the primary picture choice

    if so, try refresh a few times...sometimes, mine won't come in unless I refresh the page
