Zuning and Ripping music from sites and puting it on Zune Programing...helP!?

Question

does anyone know how to rip videos off of sites?? if you do could you explain it to me. Also, does anyone have a Zune mp3 player and do you know how to add ripped videos to it???

I have a Zune and have got tons of youtube stuff on it.  I use a free website ( http://www.media-convert.com ) .  Simply copy and paste the URL, choose the format you want (you want MP4 - ZUNE) and the site will convert it to a file you can download and put onto your Zune.  It's really easy....
