I am having problems with my original Xbox controllers?

Both of my Xbox controllers (not 360!) are on the fritz--neither of them work. Most of the buttons don't work, like the joysticks or circle button. The 'A' and 'B' buttons work, but it doesn't help if I can't move my character on the screen!

Any idea how to fix this? Does they need to be cleaned? Do I just get new ones...?

    u can do 2 thing .

    1. sell/trade them at a atore like gamestop or ebgames and use the money to get new ones.

    2. call xbox/360 C SUPPORT @ 1-800-469-9269

    It may jus have a ripped wire but i would return it if under warranty.
