How to improve naptimes for a baby?

This is the situation: She is 7 1/2 month old. She sleeps through the night 11 hours without waking up like from 6:30pm to 5:30am (that is soooo great and I know I have to be greatful for this, as lots of mummies wish this, and I am not complainung at all!!!) I just put her in her bed at night (after nighttime routine) and she falls asleep. But I know babies need naptimes (two a day for around 1 hour at this age) as well and she hardly sleeps during the day. She does get very tired and starts crying a lot. The only way to get her to sleep in the day is driving in a car or in a carry-bag for babies. I would love her to sleep as good as she does at nighttime. Should I apply nighttime routine in the day to get her to sleep? What do you recommend?

absolutely you have to what works best for your baby every baby is different my baby sleeps through the night also and he doesn't really take naps during the day he usually only takes one nap during the day and I don't let him sleep any longer than an hour but he sleeps through the night cause he doesn't sleep all day long if your baby is active now like crawling eating pulling herself and even eating it makes a little more restless (witch I've come to find out ) but you've gotta do what you gotta do like i said before every baby is different and you have to do different things for different baby's but i think you should try your night time routine w/ her for naps just don't let her sleep to long and and slowly wean her off of it and before you know it you will be able to just lay her down and she'll go to sleep by herself or w/ a cup or(bottle) also when your putting her down for her nap if your doing your bedtime routine for nap remember to make it like nap time keep it light in her room and don't be to quite cause then it feels like night time

Don't put her to bed so early in the evening. Keep her up a couple hours later and she will likely get up around 7:30 a.m. then get her into the routine of going to bed for an afternoon nap by 1:00 or 1:30p.m. She likely sleep about 1-2 hrs. There you have it made if she can get into this routine.
