I came across those lines and cant remember where, and what or whom they're referring to.
O, draconian devil!
Oh, lame saint!
What are these lines referring to? What devil in the Scriptures or legend is especially "draconian"? Which saint is or was known to be lame, and why? How are that draconian devil and that lame saint related?
Do you know anything about it? Please help!

O Draconian Devil is an anagram of 'Leonardo Da Vinci' and appears at the beginning of Dan Brown's book 'The Da Vinci Code'.

I think you have been reading "The Da Vinci Code". I googled "O Draconian Devil", and found it is an analgram (respelling using all the letters) of "Leonardo Da Vinci".
"Oh Lame Saint" is probably an analgram for "The Mona Lisa.
