I had some slight headaches, but mostly a LOT of irritability. Things that wouldn't normally bothered me ticked me off. I've gotten pregnant on it twice - one miscarriage and one beautiful baby girl, and I am ttc again on it, so to me it's worth it.
If the side effects are too much for you, there is a newer drug called Femera, which doesn't have all the side effects. I'm on my 6th round of Clomid. My fertility specialist advised me that if I don't conceive this month, I should switch to the Femera. I'm hoping I won't need to, but at least there is another option.

I didnt personally have any side effects at all (except pregnancy..yay...)
However, these are common side effects so don't be too worried, but see a doctor if they are severe or too bothersome. Good luck.

I have been on it 2 months and the hot flashes and headaches are what get me!!
