You may want to talk to your doctor, I was on it for diabetes and it has something that causes a build up in the body and can make you sick, if you are newly taking them then the side effects are normal but it is rare that a doctor would have someone take somany at once, I was terribly sick when I had a doctor have me take 4 a day starting out.
