    No tiene caso que busques esa cosa, es una farsa, eso no existe, nada te "limpia" a traves de la regla, como crees?

    Si quieres "limpiarte"

    1. toma de perdida 2 litros de agua al dia

    2. toma un laxante

    3. ve a que te hagan un papanicolaou

    4. bañate!
