Do you like Hitler?

i am german and i live in america and whenever anyone finds out that i am german they ask if i am a nazi. it's stupid. people follow stereotypes. just like if you are middle eastern people assume you are a terrorist.

Im British and I think some people still don't really like Germany or its people. Although i think thats the minority however I think it will be a long time before people here the word German or Gemany without thinking about the war and hitler etc.

Not everyone in the United States ignorantly thinks that everyone in Germany likes or agrees with the Nazi movement.

In fact, today there are probably more 'neo' Nazi's in this country than in yours. I also know that your country outlaws any Nazi oriented groups.

Hitler is a touchy subject from what I hear over in Germany. I would NEVER ever ask someone German such a sensitive question.

I can't speak for anyone else, but that sounds like a pretty tacky (not to mention rude) question to ask. I hope you don't get asked that all the time...

yeah, people are ignorant. Especially since Hitler owned his largest portion of land in the world, in America! that is right, Hitler has ranch homes in Montana and Wyoming, taking up more acreage than he owned anywhere else! how about them apples?

........ok, here's the deal, almost noone thinks like that! im german, irish, native american, english and everything else but that mean im steroetyped for it! im not exactly partial to him b/c he wiped out over million ppl in cruel tortorious ways! no man should view themself above another or make their allegience be pledged to them! if u need anymore help u can e-mail me!

hey man , the people who ask you that are most likely tring to be funny, but it is not, of course all americans dont think all germans are nazis, ....thats like all germans think all americans like George W. Bush, but its a question , and i dont get offended if someone asks me if i like Bush !!

well since so many germans were natzis i guess people kinda make fun of it sp they would ask if u like hitler
