cant remember the name of cartoon?

ok, on cartoon network , i think in the late 90's there was this cartoon show that they had, and the main character was a weird chinese guy that had hair that kinda pointed up like a unicorn horn or something. and he played a triangle and danced weird and stuff. haha anybody know the name of that show?

Yeah, I think you're talking about Ed Grimley, a character created by Martin Short but he's not Chinese, he just talked funny "doncha know?" (that was one of his signature sayings).  Ed had hair liked you described and danced around a lot.  
But Ed Grimley cartoons are older than the 90s.
