Where can i get a cheap parachute *canopy* from??which store?

Its looks like a big rainbow circle sheet....with handels. a group of kids can excerise outsitde with it or indoor in a big room. kids grab one handle and move it together..up&down...or put a little ball in the middle of that circle...  i hope ya know what im talkin about... the cheapest one i found was 70$. but does anyone knows where to get one cheaper???   *help*   I need it for a kindergarden.
