Is An OLD 1925 Penny worth anything?

This is a common date from all three mints, so in circulated condition it is worth 15-25 cents.

The penny could be worth some money depending on the condition of it and if it has the letter D or S by the 1927. The best thing would be to do if you can is to take it to a local coin dealer so they can look at it to see for sure how much it might be worth.

I think it's worth more than a NEW 1925 penny.

My Indian Head penny from 1905 is worth maybe about $20. Get it appraised or try eBay.

Technically aside from some collectors value, its worth more than a penny because they used a higher concentration of copper back then.
