how to untangle barbie dolls hair?

My daughter has old and new Barbie dolls, but some have hair completely hard and messy. Combing them doesn't change much.

    Put some conditioner on them and start combing from the ends and work your way 2 the top of the head.

    keep the doll under running water for 10 minutes while combing them.i dont know more i am a BOY

    you can shampoo it then you can comb it easily i think..
