Dont you think its sad that the minute the kids get out of school they are on here posting their hw questions?

Yes it is sad. I purposely ignore those questions even if I know how to answer them. Kids should know to try by themselves then ask a parent, ask a teacher ask someone else or read a book etc. Plus, some of the questions are so simple that the kids must be in elementary school, Furthermore, many questions could just be answered with a google search.

I don't just give the answers; I provide an explanation. A lot of the kids who post questions are just asking one; they don't seem to expect that all their homework will be done for them. I don't mind helping them get through something they don't understand.

You actually think that most of these kids look at the explanations as well? They are conditioned to just get the answer. How they get that answer seems irrelevent.

that is sad. i don't do that. i think for myself and if i can't find out what the answer is i ask a teacher to explain it.

I always tell them to look in their texts & get off the darn computer!

lol, they dont wanna look it up themselves, thats the sad part..they just wanna know the awnsers, they dont really care

Maybe they should do it themselves and look it up so that they can learn somthing.
