first you should have an E-mail account . on Yahoo mail for example. then once you log in to your mail account , click on compose for making a new message, then you look for attach file and click on it , then you browse to the file you want and upload it to your e-mail . then you write the address of your recipient and you send the email.

Save it as a word document, then type up the e-mail and click add attachment. It will bring up a browse section for you to find the file, click on the file, then click ok and it should attach. I believe thats everything, if i left something out i'm sorry

Your email program should have a button that looks like a paperclip (or even one labeled "attachments"). Click on that and select the picture file you want to attach. Hit "enter". Bingo!
