What is it that you love about your dog(s)?

What I love about my little pug....well a few things really. To start with it would be her absolute adoration of me!! We are the perfect pair!! I love her to bits & she adores me back!! She follows me all around & she knows when Im getting ready to go out & she starts to get all excited & hyper!! She knows shes going in the car or for a walk & SHE LOVES TO GO BYE BYE!! She has her own spot in the back seat where she is teathered in but can still see out the window & see me. Another thing Id have to say I LVOE about her is how she makes me laugh...she gets all excited when we play & she snorts & sniffs & jumps about & when she gets REALLY going she runs bakc & forth & all around w her tail/butt tucked inward(if you have a pug YOU KNOW what Im talkin about) we call it butt tuckin & its SOOO freakin funny!!! also she snores like a lumber jack!!! DEEP LOUD & consatnt!! its too funny! Then of course is the way she likes to snuggle up & nap w me. She loves to lay on my chest & cuddle her little head up on my chest & go sleepy! All in all there isnt too much about my little pooper that I dont luv

And There Is Not Much More I Really Have To Say

Just That You Were A Fine Little Lady

And I Miss You My Little Katie

Pretty much everything about my dog is great, she is a pit bull and we found her running down the road, stopped to get her out of the road and then called all the places and vets saying we had her if anyone came looking for her.......well that's a year ago and we still her, in fact in the eyes of the law she is now ours.

without making her too human I truly believe that she knows she is loved and safe here and is very happy

Also one of things I adore about her is that she rarely barks, not even when the door bell is rung, so when we open the door more than ONE person has jumped back muttering OMFG where was she..............lol lol but then I have a wicked sense of humour.

My blue heeler has saved my life three times. The first time totally took me by surprise. We (pate my dog) and I were working cattle in the roping pen when we had several steers break loose. They came charging down the chute. The first steer knocked me over. My dog stood on my back barking and kept the remaining 4 steers from stepping. on me. I walked away with two broken ribs. That night she had fresh steak (the steer that knocked me over). The second time she took care of me was at a bar. She protected me from a would be robber. In the melee she got injured in the leg. The third time She turned a charging bull about 12 feet behind me and my partner while getting a rodeo cowboy out of the arena. (Note he was unconscious in front of the exit chute.) So my blue heeler's dedication to me is what I love about my dog. Unless I am at the firestation, she goes with me everywhere I go.

How can I say it better than this?

Just my Dog

She is my other eyes that can see above the clouds;

My other ears that hear above the winds.

She is the part of me that can reach out into the sea.

She has told me a thousand times over that I am her reason for being:

By the way she rests against my leg;

By the way she thumps her tail at my smallest smile;

By the way she shows her hurt when I leave without taking her.

(I think it makes her sick with worry when she is not along to care for me.)

When I am wrong, she is delighted to forgive.

When I am angry, she clowns to make me smile.

When I am happy, she is joy unbounded.

When I am a fool, she ignores it.

When I succeed, she brags.

Without her, I am only another man. With her, I am all-powerful.

She is loyalty itself. She has taught me the meaning of devotion.

With her, I know a secret comfort and a private peace.

She has brought me understanding where before I was ignorant.

Her head on my knee can heal my human hurts.

Her presence by my side is protection against my fears of dark and unknown things.

She has promised to wait for me...whenever...wherever--in case I need her.

And I expect I will--as I always have.

She is my dog.

I have a 3 year old chihuahua that I rescued. He is such a sweetie. Keeps me warm snuggling under the covers. Makes me laugh by the silly things he does. And always happy to see me and greets me with such enthusiasm. He has unconditional love. Dogs will remedy any ups or downs by their spirit and presence.

well i have two little chihuahua mixes and they think they are big. Their names are Tiny and Tiger. What I love about them is they are so cute when they are trying to be

protective. When I go feed them they watch every step I move to make sure I dont get hurt. If something is in my way they bark and push it away with their noses. I also love it when they are playful cause when they want to play they grab a toy and just stick it in front of you

I have a 6 years old shitzu named Sparkee. What I love most about Sparkee is his super thick hair and his wagging tail. I love to cuddle him always. He loves being cuddled. He loves attention. In return, he waits for me everytime I come home late.

My 3 labs sit with me when I'm watching TV. The stinkers bark when the Animal planet is not on.

Mine is a great friend.He can tune in on my different moods and he can bring a smile to my face even on a bad day.
