Poll : Which word affects you more or expresses more hatred to you??

Hallo everyone!

I am having a debate between a fellow yahoo!answerer and am employing your help please!

Which word do you think implies more hatred :Cracker or Ni**er??

And do you think that these words are equal in the amount of hatred they imply??

In other words, which one is worse and why??

Thanks for your input and please know that I don't encourage the use of any racial words!!

****** is a word of hate and ignorance. Cracker is just kind of a term that loosely translates to the same thing sort of. I do not find the word Cracker full of hate; I think it's more a term of contempt. Whereas ****** is hateful and meant to spark reactions

The word ni**er. Cracker just implies someone from the south, the crackers that live in Florida or Georgia. They are actually proud to be called "cracker". While the other word implies not worth the ground they walk on and should be treated as such. Actually, any negative connotations isn't worth the debate because we would be applying a word that may not have anything to do with the person or persons in question.

They both imply hatred, however white people don't get all up in arms over it like blacks do.(and yes i know a "n" can be any color, but it is usually used for blacks). Some people believe the "n" word is bad because way back when the slave masters etc. used it negatively on the slaves etc.etc.etc. that's part of the reason they don't like it today. who knows? But i don't think it makes a difference whether its back then or more current like cracker is for whites it is equally bad. White people just don't give a damn, it is nothing but a word and words cant hurt if we don't let them.

One single word sums up all kinds of ways to imply hatred.

    Stupid!

No one is stupid. Not because of color, nationality, background, amount of education, not even mental or physical disabilities.

Every one can be taught something with enough patience and understanding.

Cracker and N**** are only synonyms to imply "stupidity". There are many more.

How often are "drivers" called stupid. How can one know if a driver is experiencing a serious physical problem.

Some things like drinking and driving is a "stupid or dangerous thing to do", but that person is not necessarily stupid.

"Every one is ignorant. About different things."

I would think the n word, because I don't know what is implied by the "cracker". (I only know the kind that can be eaten with soup. )A dictionary once defined a "n... " as mean spirited person. Well, that definition reveals that reveals the identity of the true "n...."

I have many african friends black origins and among ourselves ****** isn't deemed as offensive (I am a white french male who grew up in the arabian gulf between the local arabs), instead it is acknowledged in my group of friends that people of different colours exist and we choose to embrace the differences between us and incorporate this into our relationships. Why should colour be seen as a negative? It is only narrow-minded people that choose to view it that way. I do not know the meaning of cracker so I can't really tell you which is worse.

I find the excessive use of the "n" word by young blacks totally offensive. A hate word is a hate word no matter the context

The N word. hateful. ignorant. says so much about the person using it.

As long as Blacks keep calling each other *igger, Whites don't have to use it. Besides that, racism is just a tool of the wealthy to keep the masses divided and conquered.

I would have too say the n word
