What does it take for a church to be called protestent?

A protestant denomination is a church denomination that broke away from the roman catholic's missguided view of christianity and returned to the biblical truths that came before the Roman emperor declaired christianity as the true religion, making it a political tool for the corrupt.

There are many deniminations that are today called protestant with slightly differing views of the bible but all are from the reformation or have branched off of reformed views.

Protestant churches are usually affected by Lutheranism where Luther said that faith is apart from good.

This is a plague on the protestant church. Faith apart from good would logically mean the wicked can go to heaven which is false.

Some protestant churches reject following the ten commandments because they think the ten commandments passed away with the Mosaic Law. However, Christ reiterated the ten commandments and so did Paul.

Also, another plague on the protestant churches is borrowing church creeds from the Catholics especially the Nicean creed without considering that it could be ill written and lead to a belief in three persons as God instead of one person - Jesus Christ.
