Whats it like to live over there??

Australia is amazing. Great weather, amazing countryside and some of the best beaches on earth. The lifestyle is a lot more relaxed than in Europe and it generally feels cleaner and more modern.

What it lacks in history (ie you won't find buildings and infrastructure older than about 200 years), it sure makes up for in scenery. Biggest problem is how far away from the rest of the world it is and the distances between places (eg in the time that it takes you to cross all of Europe, you couldn't even get from Sydney to Perth).

The only thing that keeps my going while sitting in my drab little office in London is looking at my many pictures of Australia and knowing I'll be back there eventually!

I live in New Zealand, have been to Australia, England and Germany and reckon that NZ is the best. But I guess I would say that, but Australia is ok.

It is wonderful. Come for a holiday and see how you like it.

Unlike Europe there is a vast difference between south and north Australia temperature wise.

North is tropical and south is warm in summer and cold in winter.

It is very different to the countries you know so if you have the time come and look around. I am sure you will love it.

If you are dreaming of moving to Australia you will be coming to the best country in the world

I have spent some time in America and I liked it but I was very happy to come back home to Australia. Depends very much on what you like as to where in Aus you would like to live. If you like hot weather, go up North, if you like cold weather go South. Sydney area is pretty mild. I don't think you would regret moving to Aus....its beautiful!
