how many of you are from the US who are on line now?? as i'm from Australia and it's late in the evening here but i'm planning on going to the US for a holiday soon i hope and i would like to know what interesting places i could go and see.........
Just to add in...I'm planning on going to New York to visit some friends and i'd love to go to chicago.......i'm also thinking colorado as i am planning to go to the states for 4 months. Oh & I will go to LA also....

Ah, see the Redwood trees in California, Sequoia trees in California, Yosemite park in California, Grand Canyon in Arizona, Yellowstone in Wyoming. Disneyland, or Disney-world (California or Florida - at your convenience), New York City, Tons of National Parks in the West of US, Washington DC for US History and Politics, The Sunset Strip in Beverly Hills California, The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, while you are there see the city by Trolley car.

It really depends on where you want to go here, because there are a lot of things to see. You've already got some great suggestions for the West Coast, but in the Midwest, Chicago is a great place to visit (Sears Tower, Millienium Park, Field Museum) but you would have more fun, I think, in New York City. I've lived both places, and I think New York is a little more exciting.
