What are some good grass doubles strategies?
I've been playing indoor volleyball for a long time. Just started to play grass doubles. What are your favorite serving, hitting and defensive strategies? Do you have favorite spots on the court that you like to hit?

first it is a *** move if you hit it over on one. second the person setting has to look at the defense and tell you where to hit. if you have a blocker at the net the setter needs to recognize where the back defender is and tell the hitter to hit either line or angle depending on where the defensive person is. serve in the middle or to the weaker hitter and or passer. always try to serve deep to make them bring the ball to the net.

when both oppenents are at the net, since one is setting and one is hitting, return the ball with only one hit and send it way deep. almost everytime you'll score and the other side HATES it. lol.

play short and long balls mixed. you can't run that well while playing on grass...
