oh my goodness!! the indecisive ones, lol. i mean all caps is annoying, but maybe they just want to feel special and YELL at the world or something, or who knows-- maybe they accidently hit caps lock. but to put THAT much effort into capitalizing select letters... its just crazy. and hard to read... and childish... and freakin annoying!!!!!!

I agree with anyone that said they are both annoying. If you can't take the time to type properly, then don't bother.

something about it just reminds me of spite, and stupid people. the other is more childish/a style of sorts - not a great one, but an attempt anyway.
