Is there any ways to view unicode fonts in win98se?
Generally you can view your webpage in winxp but not in win98se. I do not like to use xp but would like to view page in win98se with foreign language support. Is it possible?

You just missed the boat. MS stopped support for 98/ME about a month ago. You will need to find a mirror site with the foreign language app. IE7 might have support built-in, but it's in beta. If you're willing to be a guinea pig, give it a shot.
