Why do people working with Yahoo not answer themselves?

Well, if you have a Yahoo specific question you can direct it to Yahoo Customer Care. They don't answer question in yahoo answers because the point here is that it is a community knowledge base.

because of the amount of email they get. Be persistant. They send me notice of my bad questions or answers all the time, someone must be driving the ship. I wish they would have responded to my abusive letters i send them
