They have a governtment and prime minister and elections, what country is it? and where is it on the map?

It's not really a geographic entity, you understand? - more a series of refugee camps and semi-desert strips and patches divided by Israeli-occupied areas.
Your question is very pertinent. Maybe the Israeli govt information office can add more details.
