Starte deinen Virenscanner, nachdem du deinen PC im abgesicherten Modus gestartet hast (beim Windows Start die F8-Taste mehrmals drücken). Wenn Norton Anti Vir das dann auch nicht schafft, versuch einen anderen Virenscanner. Kann auch Freeware sein. AnschlieÃend aber dafür sorgen, dass nur ein Virenscanner installiert ist.
Es sind bei verschiedenen Firmen auch Onlinechecks möglich. Auch bei Symantec (von denen kommt Norton).
Vor allem, wo taucht das von dir beschriebene Teil auf? Dann könnten dir evtl. noch andere Möglichkeiten genannt werden.
