We, unexpectedly, purchased a new car just a day or two after we mailed in the license fee for the old one to the DMV. We actually never drove the old car, except to the trade-in, after we mailed in the fee. The DMV now refuses to return any of the old license fee even though there was a full year left of unused license. In my former state, they would always return the unused part of any license fee. Advise please?

I had just bought a new toshiba g85-n804 with Vista 64 software. I use slysoft clone dvd 2 to copy, but when it is starting to write, it will be stuck and erase. It will not write....

I had ask the slysoft software, and they could not come up with an answer. My DVD Writer is a labelflash, and it had copy movie using window dvd maker software.
