Someone commented this on a post and I would like to know what it means and how to respond. Also, what language is it?

I received a tulip in a vase and it had already begun flowering. The flower has died since and the stem is turning brown. I would like to keep the tulip, is there any way to get it to bloom in the vase again? I don't have any space to plant it but I definitely want to keep it. Any advice?

I've liked this guy for about a year and I think he likes me but its kind of hard for me to tell because I tend to over analyze things. Anyways, we text like all day at school but I almost always text him first =/. Another thing that I thought might be a sign that he liked me was on the first day of school I was assigned to sit next to his like best friend so I texted the guy I like and told him and he replied "I know (insert friend's name here) already told me." Also, I've tried to hang out with him a couple times and he said it sounded fun but he ended up having to work =(.
