Sometimes when I'm watching a video, the picture will pause for about 10 seconds, then resume. The audio still plays too. I've noticed that the entire webpage freezes as it will not let me scroll or pause the video or anything.

Also, sometimes, the audio cuts out of the video completely. This happens quite a lot now. It will just stop, and only if I refresh the page, will it fix itself.

The second problem is more irritating. But I'm wondering if it's on my side. Is there some setting that I did to mess videos up? Recently I got the Avast antivirus thing. I got it to try stop the spam (I already put up a Q about that). I think it was happening before I got it. Usually I delete my history, cache and cookies a lot too. So I don't know.

Do you know if Youtube is having these problems? Or is it me?

So, this has happened on two sites so far. Explosm, and that cheezburger site. A little box pops up at the center top of the page and says "You may be in with a chance to win an iPhone 5" or something like that. It's from a page called cleanmasterapps. What's going on? I'm on Youtube all the time but it hasn't happened there. So I'm wondering, is it something affecting those sites, my browser (chrome) or do I have something on my computer that triggers it? I don't know how these things work. And if it's to do with me, how would I go about fixing it? I just recently cleaned out my history, cache and cookies and all that.

I have a GIF that has each frame as full pictures. So how do I reduce the image in frame 2, 3, 4, etc down from the full image to just the details that are different from the previous frame. If that makes any sense at all. Also, if somehow you know what I'm talking about, can you tell me what it's called? Heheh. I want to reduce the file size down a couple of KBs. Thanks, if you can help. (I know, my question is a complete, total mess.)

I went to the shops today just to get some snacks for myself but as soon as I entered, I felt like I had to go get my stuff and leave as soon as I got there. I don't know why though. I didn't really feel like people were watching me but it felt like I wasn't allowed to go around and look through the aisles. Just so you know, I'm 19 (almost 20), I have trouble with anxiety but I never really felt this when I was younger. Why is this though? What can I do to stop feeling like this?

Are there any animation programs out there that are best fitted for creating and animating anime? I've tried to use Blender but that's too much 3D for me to handle. I've also used Adobe Flash and it's not particularly the best program for animating anime. It's too flat and rigged in a sense.

And please, if it can be at a more reasonable price too, that'd be great heheh.

So imagine this: A person is found but they have absolutely no identification on them. Their nationality is unknown and they don't know their own last name. They can speak proper english too. There is no way anyone can identify if this man/woman/child is from a different country or not. What would happen then?

I'm writing a story were one of the protagonists is in this situation. Completely unidentifiable. What would happen?

So, a long time ago, I accidentally pulled out my USB before doing the safely remove thing, like I always do. Thankfully, the files stored were undamaged (as far as I know) and I was able to retrieve them without a problem. However, I cannot copy anymore files onto my USB. It said it was write protected. I'm not that smart at these things so can anyone give me help?

It's FAT32 format or something like that. I tried changing it to other formats and changing it back.but nothing works at the moment. What do you think? Can you fix it? Or is it just a cheap paperweight now?

Well, they obviously can. My family computer is an XP and it can. My auntie's one won't though. It's running 8 years now and when I try to play a video on it, the Google Chrome page crashes. Any thoughts?

My auntie has a Targa make Video and DVD player. It's all one unit. She has it plugged into a Toshiba TV. But it's having a little problem. The Video part won't show up on the EXT she goes to. The EXT channel she goes to for her DVD part works but it doesn't work for her Video. Does anyone know if these two makes conflict with each other? Is there a solution? She can still have the Video part record TV shows too by the way. Any help would be great.

So I made 10 burned copies for my granddad of his recording of a song. I used an application called Power2Go. It converts more than just cds too. Anyway, I used this and selected AUDIO CD format. I made ten copies for my granddad on this format and they worked on his new CD player. But it won't play on the old CD player. Can anyone help me out with this? Is it the CDs fault?

Also, I heard that if I changed it to an MP3 format it would work on the old CD players. Will it?

My Laptop had glitched a bit when I was using my USB. It wouldn't respond at all and it the process wasn't showing up in the Task Manager. So I had to take it out without doing the Safe to Remove process. Now it won't let me put stuff on or delete anything on it. Can someone offer me a quick solution to this? I really need everything that's on this USB. Just to say, I don't want to download anything for it or delete any semi important things off my laptop. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium if that's any help.

1. If I'm using my laptop but not on the internet (work or games), does that count to the bill?

2. If I disconnected my laptop from the internet, would it at all reduce the bill?

Hi, I'm making a website but I'm having problems with the Favicon thing. It won't show up on Chrome but it shows up on Firefox. Here's the code I use;

I use them both just to try but nothing works. I mix them around but still it doesn't work. The favicon are in both png and ico formats just so you know (favicon1.png and favicon.ico). Also, the images are on my laptop and not the internet so I can't link it to a site like some others have. They are in my images folder with all the other images that work so I now it's the code that's wrong for definite. Any help?

So, I'm just messing around with some drawings when I came across something weird. I was trying to decide how to draw skin tones for anime or manga cartoons so I get inspiration and ideas from cartoons made by others. Here's the thing; they aren't just one colour. Here, take a look:

That's what it looks like. I got this from an animated GIF but still, how would I be able to do that? Is there something that can help me do that to make a good quality looking skin tone in Photoshop/GIMP or does it just do that when it's saved as a GIF? It's so weird.

I just want to ask, I've read the definitions online but is "caressing" someone supposed to be sexual or can it just be like a simple hug or so?

I have 2 questions for now and I was hoping everyone if anyone can help me out.

1. I'm trying to manipulate a cartoon picture however it is extremely pixelated when I try to scale it up. Anyway to fix this? I've tried using blur/sharpen tools and filters and they aren't working well.

2. This relates to Q.1 a little. I want to cut an exact piece from a picture and paste it to another picture. It is also a cartoon pic. And the piece I want to cut and paste is not an easy one. It's like a polygon shape but it has holes in parts of it that I don't want it. Also, as you would guess, I want it to blend seamlessly. Just as a little more info, the part of the picture I want to cut is the complete inverted colour of the other picture.

Any feedback that leads to an acceptable result will make me REALLY happy =D Thank you...

Hi. I just got audacity and am still new to it. I want to mix one of my music files. Well, I want to get two pieces of the song, put them together and play it as a short. Also export it as a MP3 but I think I can do that anyway. So the parts of the song are like somewhere in the middle of the song and when I try copy and paste the them into a second blank file, I can get the first part of the song copy/pasted but then audacity won't let me copy or paste anymore after that. At all. It's really frustrating. Can anyone help?

I get this on every start up. It's from my AMD VISION Engine I'm sure. Should I be concerned? I clicked on the "Check online for a solution and close the program" option but nothing happened. It's my graphics thing right?! I'm still able to play my games though. So yeah, should I be concerned and if so, how do I fix this? Detailed answer please, I'm not the best at computer stuff.

You know the sticky notes on all our PCs?! Well I use them a bit and when I turned on my laptop today, they didn't load. I didn't delete them or delete the file. I tried to reload the notes and I got an error. "Not able to launch sticky notes. Issue with accessing the file.(Quit)"

Can anyone help?

Hi. Today I went online and my browser opened itself up to a new tab instead of my preset homepage. It also said re open the last thing I was on. It said my browser crashed last time. It did kinda, I fell asleep and my laptop was left on and it ran outta charge. But it displays this error message everytime I click on my browser. Even when I click out of the browser properly, it displays this message.

Also my Google account is connected to my YouTube account. I got an error saying they are not in sync. I tried logging out in both and logging back in multiple times but still nothing.

Also, again, I can't delete my browser history. I click on my history, remove all and I click to see my history again and nothing has happened. I hasn't shown any the latest things I've been on the past couple of days either. What must I do? Re installing is almost not an option so I must beg of all of you for help!
