I had a group of 10 diamond tetras and they all died. The water conditions are pristine and they even began breeding! There is one angelfish, but I've never seen him harm anybody. They would all get like internal looking blood on their tails or mouths and then few days later die. I would really like to keep them again but I don't want them to all die again! Thanks for your help!!

Not too small, not too big, won't be aggressive towards others, won't get picked on by others, Does good in a group of about 10, and EXTREMELY hardy!

my new 60 gallon aquarium with a fluval 406 canister has been set up for about 20 days now I've added quick start, aquarium salt, conditioner, and prime to it. So far, all I have is an ammonia spike how can I get the nitrites to spike and speed up the process? Also, I put a filter cartridge and a bio wheel from my established twenty gallon aquarium into the new tank. Any advice on how to make the process go faster?? I really don't know what order to add new fish to my aquarium in like should I do bottom feeders, then my dwarf cichlids, then schooling fish, lastly Angels, what order should they be added in??

So I am starting a new aquarium it's really big, about 75 gallons, I'm just wondering what order I should add my fish so my stocking is:

Angelfish

Dwarf cichlids (Rams, krinensis, cockatoo, etc)

A group of schooling fish (suggestions as to which fish would get along with the rest?!?!)

Yoyo loaches

Cory cats

Pleco either bristle nose or gold nugget

And possibly dwarf gourami and/or guppies (would they work well in the tank?!?)

So in what order should I add the fish, should it be dwarf cichlids first, Angels last, etc,etc. thanks any feedback would be helpful!! Also would any other fish look nice with these? Thanks and much appreciated!

2 angel rams or specifically bred gbr

2 electric blue balloon rams or specifically bred ebr

Also, I would get all female rams, so as not to have a lot of aggression and have it heavily planted in case aggression does occur.

I was also thinking about adding some female bettas how many should I add?

Lastly, I was looking at the albino peacock cichlid, I know they're an african cichlid, but is there anything I can do to make them get along or are they just a big no because they're african and not new world cichlids?

Are all of these species compatible and what size tank do you think I'l need, I was thinking 125g?

Hi, what is the largest a nano tank is? Like is 20g a nano tank or is 75 gallons still considered a nano tank? Like how many gallons is the line before nano and "real deal" Thanks in advance!!!!
