Mr Dread

Here's what's going on, Since last week, i've noticed this mark which looks like an ordinary scratch type mark on my left pinkie finger. I didn't really pay much attention to it and ignored it. Then it itched one day and wouldn't stop and now looks like multiple scratches and it's also red. It's like an itch/stinging feel it's also sticky. I've washed my hands numerous times. I've very hygienic and always clean, but I really don't know what it is or what caused this. Then starting today, i've noticed this sticky type stuff on my right ring finger, but it doesn't have any scratch marks. I do see very tiny bubbles on it however unlike my pinkie finger. I've also used hydrogen-peroxide, however it's not infected but turns that part of my pinkie finger all white and leaves an extremely large amount of stinging/itching pain after applying it. What do I do and what is this type of condition I have? Is it serious?

NOTE: I've never had this type of skin condition before, and I am not allergic to anything regarding types of food, bath products etc. Also, my dad told me he had this before if that helps. Thanks!
