I am posting this question just for those who accuse China cheating all the time. I do not really care whether Phelps cheated or not since there is no doubt that no one else can surpass his achievement in swimming today.
Both for Phelps and China gymnastic girls' cheating, the medal only counts for one and that won't influence a lot. What's more, neither of them can be clarified since there's insufficient proof yet.

Then why most of you merely accuse China cheat all the time?
