I am 14 years old.Some months ago I had heart problem,but it wasn't disease.Doctor told me that I had an accelerated heart and this wasn't arrhythmia.My heartbeat was faster because of I was drinking too much coffee not every day but often and my heart was beating very fast (every time I was drinking coffee) but it didn't know anyone (that i was drinking a lot of coffee often).Than I was taking pills Anaprilin and valerian pills.After this everything was ok and I didn't drink coffee.3 weeks ago i started drinking coffee again but now much more than months ago.I drink 2 glasses of coffee every day.My heart again started beating very fast.My parents brought me to doctor and he said everything was ok and i hadn't any problem about heart but i knew that my heartbeat was fast because of drinking coffee.Since 2 weeks i couldn't sleep and i fell asleep 4-5 hours later.I always go to bed 11-12 o'clock and i fell asleep after 4-5 hours.Now i take some sleep and sedative pills (not very strong).

Today I drank 2 glasses of coffee and now I'm anxious and my chest and heart hurt.My heartbeat is faster.If i do it again and drink a lot of coffee every day is it possible to have a heart disease like arrhythmia or heart attack?

If you make yourself faint too many times is it possible to get arrhythmia?

Or if you often breath fast will you get arrhythmia?

can too much exercise make your heart arrhythmia?

Can starving yourself stop your period for monthes? and how many days should I starve to stop period?

P.S I'm not going to starve,just want to know
