Also, why do people watch soaps with bad actors and awful story-lines. Isn't the world bad enough already without watching the worst scenario in life that you see every-night on the news?

I have decided to cook this year as most places have the Christmas dinner too early. We like to eat late. There is just the two of us and rather than have a free range capon or corn fed chicken (which I have lots of recipes for left overs). However with goose it is a very different and strong flavour. I don't think a goose curry would be very good!! *s*

The latest The Professionals is as bad as all the rest has been. The so-called wonderful Michel Roux Junior, he is horrid and as easily as bad as John Torrode and the glorified greengrocer Greg Wallace. They shout and talk such drivel. Did anyone see tonight's episode? The 'Michelin-starred' prat Alexis Gauthier what an absolute pillock and so wrapped up in himself. I thought it was a baptism of fire for the two chefs and it isn't called for. I have always thought I would like to go to a restaurant like the Ivy or somewhere like that. You know what, these chefs want to get into reality. Hey, you two idiots (Greg and Michel) get a life. I don't know why I watch it really, but I have this dream that someone who deserves it will win. Not really realistic but hey it does happen sometimes. I just can't see what The Greengrocer is doing there.
