I've gotten to know people this year. In person they are nice and talk to me but when I text them all they say is "hi" and won't go any further. They ignore the rest of the conversation completely. I feel depressed because everyone is rejecting me. I'm not desperate...just lonely

I met this girl in Psychology. She's an artist. We've become friends. We talk Tuesdays & Thursdays in class and after until her mom picks her up. I have her number but she isn't a texter. She's comfortable with talking to me but how do I advance the friendship into an intimate relationship??

I get bug anxiety. I hate bugs especially flying bugs that hover around my face. I simply can't stand them!

Today I was talking to this girl and a bug flew in my face. I jumped for a split second. She laughed - she thought it was funny. I did too. Haha but should I be embarrassed??

My relationship with my mother is horrible and I haven't liked her in YEARS. I'm 20 with never having a father as well. I can't get a girlfriend to save my life.

Why do people never talk to me first? Initiate conversation with me? Even see I am doing.. The capricorn rising? I feel like no one ever cares. I'm a true pisces at heart.

My mother is never there for me unless I ask. She is the most detached person. She has never acted like a mother and I can't stand her.

"Uncle" got out of prison last year and ever sense he generally doesn't say anything to me. He stays away although he lives next room from me. He's a prick who isn't family in my eyes

Grandmother criticizes all I do and doesn't understand me. She hardly puts food in the house, (I go school full time. No job). She thinks she is always right.

What can I do to be more happier? I don't believe I have a family at all.

Became friend with a girl in college class. We talk a lot. Today found out she has a boyfriend. Should I stop being her friend altogether since I've developed feelings for her? She talks to me a lot in class and we text..

Why are females so afraid to be honest? It's ridiculous cause I'm gonna see her on Monday in class...I sit next to her... I thought we were friends.

I usually be in a good conversation with females during texting and all of a sudden they stop responding, if I pose a question that isn't in the least bit threatening they won't even get back to me. But in person we've friends and we talk. I just find it rude..

What do you think? I find that females love to leave me hanging and it makes me feel awkward like she suddenly became uninterested...
