I have a older xbox, pre-2007 where it doesnt have the hdmi hook up. I am throwing around the idea of getting the HDMI conversion kit, but am being told that the xbox cant even broadcast in 1080p. How true is this?

Is the conversion worth the cash? I have heard its not, and you cant notice a difference really.

Ontop of other things.. Was wondering if anyone knew where I can price these things if i would to decide to sell them. Or ideas of how to get rid of them?
