I have woke to pain in my ear, the pillow side and it hurts. I turn over and the pain goes away. Settling to the other side.

I get 3 to 4 hours before this happens. I have bought many pillows to counter this, nothing works.

Today my daughter tells me her left ear is doing the same thing. Any help would be great,. I do not have ear infections, been looked at many times.
