There is a weekly e-news letter that is sent out to all employees.. there was an article that featured an employee that was apart of the LGTBQ+ community and it focused on how hard life was for him to live in a straight world it then went on to praise him for his courageousness and all that..

Several people had commented on this article (electronically) saying that they were so happy to work with someone like him and other praising comments. I got on and said that I do not hate gays or lesbians but that I do not support their lifestyle and then gave some basic biblical support for my comment. I did not feel my comment was harsh or demeaning. I was later on fired, are they able to do this are there any legal ramifications?

I am only 24 and have had my heart checked out many times. The doctors say my heart is healthy but I get random sharp pains on the left side of my chest numbing my left arm and both hands, the pain has hit so hard that I have fallen down a few times unable to catch my breath ot get up. It usually only lasts 30 sec to 2 min. Any ideas what would cause this?

A friend of mine was in an accident he had to be life flighted to a hospital and the accident put him in a coma. The doctors said he has 7 to 10 days to wake up, but I have read that a coma patient can stay in a coma for up to 3 or 4 weeks. He isn t brain dead so why would the doctors only give him a week?

Yesterday my car had no get up and go 1 2 &3 gear where all the same it wouldnt go over 20mph. I changed the oil added brake fluid dot 3 to my clutch and topped off all my fluids today its running better and has a bit more power to it but I can't get it into 3rd gear or reverse and 1 2 4 & 5 gear are a struggle. It sounds fine and the clutch I loose more so then usual any ideas?

I've never had any problems with it I don't download any additional crap I just play campaign modes online multiplayer sometimes and watch Netflix but a few weeks ago it would work fine as always but only for like 10 to 15 min. Then it would shut its self off. Now when I turn it on my tv says there is no signal and the the ps3 shuts itself off. When it shuts off it goes from green light to no light, I push the power button and it goes red light I push the button again and the light goes green no signal shuts off and back to no light. What is going on and how can I fix it????

I was Skyping and out of no where my laptop shut off. It was plugged in and charging at the time but now nothing works even when Plug it in the little charging light won't come on absolutely nothing turns on. I've tried using it just on the battery I've tried just plugged in with out the battery I did the whole pop the battery hold the power button for everywhere to 30 sec to a min. Then plugging it into the charger and that didn't work either anyone have any ideas please help?

I tend to not have a filter with my words and it has gotten me in trouble a few times. But recently I was attacked by a man who disliked my comment on sagging pants. I did not fight back rather called the cops figured it better for them to handle him then for me to get ahold of him. But they couldn't do anything because the guy never landed a hit on me. This guy will come at me again and when he does what are my rights in the state of Nebraska? It wouldn't take much to end him, but I would much rather not have to actually physically harm him. Any legal or appropriate way around this situation if he comes at me again?

I got the crap beat out of me unexpectedly and want the person responsible for it to pay my $856 medical bills. But I basically want to do this under the table no courts no charges. Is there any possible way I can go about a guarantee that he will pay them with out going threw the courts system? I might add that the person who did it is from a different state and it is not possible for him to get back to my state anytime soon so money would have to be wired or mailed or something idk what can I do?

I am always sick in some way rather its a running nose, cough, or just a headache. I can't sleep and when I do it's a very light sleep, my cat walking into the room will wake me up. I can't poop I have none stop gas but can't take a dump. Head ache I have them daily often migraines that will darn near keep me in bed for days on end. I have gotten use to being sick I push through it and continue with my daily activities. I am in the military so I am in good shape I have been to the doctors many times and had everything checked with little results besides pills. I am tired of always feeling like I have the stomach flu. Any ideas?

Congressional Reform Act of 2012

1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office.

2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.

3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void effective 12/1/12. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

My girl and I have been dating a year this weekend I love her like crazy and plan to marry her but I'm in the marine corps and have been in training for half of our relationship she is driving 7 hours to see me for the weekend and I want to give her this promise ring but I don't know if it's to early seems how we have only actually been together for 6 months should I wait or is this a good time any ideas?

I am going to recruit training Feb. 6th, and have a few questions that need answered my recruiter has yet to answer them. boot camp is 13weeks I am going to san diego california for Basics, then what? do I get 10 day leave? can I go home? then its what 3 weeks of combat training? im going in as mechanical engineer as a reservist how long is schooling? where do I go?

so me and this girl had a thing for a little while but then she said it was going to fast and we need to be friends aka leave me alone ha. so i did for a while invited her to my grad party she came and then we started to talk she invited me to one of her games i went she hugged me afterwards said thanks for coming then i went to the next one was talking to her and her friend called her name and gave her the stop talking signal so she said i have to go and that was that idk should i leave her alone should i continue to go to her games....she was kind of flirty until her friend motioned and then nothing????

me and a buddy of mine are going to go camping out by a river, but where thinking we have no clue how to put up a tent in the sand, we thought about putting heavy weights in all the corners of the tent but don't think if we tie it to the ground like you would in dirt it will hold any ideas. details would be helpful we are totally dumb at this haha

So I am 18yr. old male. and am really struggling to decide between joining the Air force or the Marines. I have also thought about the reserves for both of them but can't find a whole lot in terms of jobs, benefits, and so on...I have talked to a marine recruiter, but not Air force yet, ASVAB is not a problem I just don't know which to do any ideas help anything?

I am a 17 year old male, my parents are very much against me dating, but gave me a chance my junior year, every thing went well for a little while but then stuff went down, we had sex many many times, she got pregnant, lost the baby and we are now separated and don't talk much. I have had a very heavy feeling about hiding this from my parents and feel I need to tell them. If you are a parent or not please I need advice on how to go about informing both my mom and dad. I feel it is Important to tell them but am a tad scared of the consequences as well. Please any ideas on how to go about this and any other advice you could give, Thank You.
