My co-worker owed me some mone that I loaned her. We all got paid that same day and we received our checks. My co worker gave me her check & told me i could go ahead & cash it and take the money since it was half of what she owed me & told me she'd pay me the rest next week.

Now im stuck, how the hell do I cash a check, THAT ISNT MINE! HER NAME IS ON IT & EVERYTHING!

I have the most amazing father in law and he deserves the best. My bf, our baby, & me plan to head to Orlando where my father in law stays for Christmas & I didnt want to go there empty handed. I wanted to makesure I could get him a Christmas gift. Thats the least I could do since he has always been there for my new family which contains the baby and bf. What do I give a man who practically has everything he has already wanted? This is the most congusing part about the holiday seasons, & I need some advice! Thats why im reaching out. What is a nice gift to give a man????

On sep. 15th i had a c section & gave birth to my beautiful baby boy. I had bled after heavily for about 2 weeks & the during the 3rd week there was spotting. Me & my bf have been having sex since the 3rd week. There was no pain, & sex felt way better than it did before. We havent been using protection & have been using the pull out method. Yes i kno that isnt 100% effective. i stopped brestfeeding after 2 weeks because i was smoking. So i refuse to breastfeed. Im on my 6 week mark now. I hve an appointment tomoro to get my depo vera shot since the iud is on recall ready to be taken off the public market. I still haven't seen my period since the 3rd week. Is this normal?? How long did it take for u to finally receive your real period after giving birth???

Im currently enrolled at Miami Dade College in Florida & my boyfriend & I Immediately plan on moving to New York next year spring. Is it possible for me to move to NY & still finish school online @ Miami Dade College? And when Im finally done with my courses knowing it will be time for me ato graduate I will go back to Florida, attend my graduation, & head back to NY & continue with my Bachelor's at a film school in NY.

My newborn is a month old & he loves to eat! I recently notice every week he'd have a growth spurt & eat more & more. Its doubled how much formula i have to buy weekly. Is there any types of foods i can feed him when he gets hungry? Like blended bananas or something?

On the 15th of September I had finally given birth to my baby boy. I had to get a c section because i wasnt dilated enough when my water broke especially when the nurse realized that the baby had already passed his first stool so we were in a rush to get him out before he caught an infection. About 4 days ago i have been noticing that my bleeding has decreased significantly.

My bf & i really wonder if i have to wait a whole 6 weeks for us to have sex again. He will wear a condom to prevent me from getting any infections. Has anyone had real vaginal sex before the 6 week healing mark? Especially if you've had a c section???

My boyfriend & I just had a baby boy (he's 13 days old) & we decided that it would be best for us if we moved from florida where we are now to staten island, NY where his family lives. I have been a florida resident since I was born but my bf was born in NY since thats where he's originally from. Im excited about the move to NY. I have wanted to move there for a long time to get a fresh new start with my life & January is our deadline to finally move.

As of right now, im trying to get everything prepared for this BIG move. My bf & I know we have a place to stay as soon as we get to Staten Island. I visited his family up there with him last year for a funeral & we stayed in his grandmother's 3 story house. She has about 10 rooms there so we had alot of room for us to stay & she's invited us to stay there whenever we come back up to new york until we get on our feet.

I dont want to overstay our welcome there when we finally move up north so i have given both my bf & i another 2-3 month deadline to find our very own place to stay.

For this move what are the most important things for me to do to get my stuff together?

1. Finding a job

2. Finding a place

3. Changes of addresses, medicaid, food stamps, identification card, etc.

4. Finding a school to complete my associates degree. Im a junior at miami dade college right now & in the spring (january) i would like to start school in new york. I have already taken 2 full semesters off because of summer & my baby being due in the fall so right now my goal is to be back in college for spring of 2013.

Can anyone help? Im a little confused on what to do to prepare for moving to NY.

I need your help experienced moms, he's my first and i have never done this before so im also a first time mom...

1. Is formula made milk & breast milk best warm, cool, or in room temperature for the child to drnk?

2. How many ounces/mil should i feed a newborn? (My son has been drinking 40 mil since the day he was born and since day 4 he seemed to want to eat more. Is it safe to feed him more or do i stick to 40 mil?)

3. When do i start feeding my child even more quantity in milk?

4. Can the baby drink nursery water now or not? Im also very skeptical about the fluoride in the water.

5. What does it look like when the dried up belly button umbilical cord finally "falls off"?

6. How do i continue to take care if the belly button when the cord falls off?

7. After feeding my son milk his tounge still has the thick residue of it left on it. How do i clean his tounge or wash it out by hydrating it? He also gets dry chapped lips because of the dry milk left on his mouth. But i've been using a damp wash cloth to wipe his mouth & as much of inside his mouth after every feeding.

8. What color should his poop look like? He's 6 days old.

I want to give my son my breast milk in a bottle but i dont have a pump. Are there any other ways to put my breast milk in a bottle?

Since last night i have been feeling uncomftorable back & belly pain. I could barely sleep because it kept me up most of the night. Today the pain has gotten even worse. Idk if they are contractions but they feel like horrible unbearable period pains!! They have been coming and going every other minute as if my muscles are tightening up & loosening. I took a very hot shower to see if the pain would die down but they didnt! Does it mean im going into labor? On a scale of 1-10 the pain is an 8. Idk wat to do i can barely walk and if i do i have to hunch over. Could i possibly in labor? I really dont wanna go to the hospital for nothing!

My due date was Sunday & still nothing. All i've been feeling are occasional back aches & thats that. Last night i did feel menstrual like cramps in my lower abdomen but they werent coming regularly so i thought they were just braxton hicks.

I can feel the baby getting way too big for my tummy & its becoming a pain waking up pregnant everyday. So for all you experienced mothers, do you think its a good idea for ne to call my doctor and request him to induce my labor?

Btw idk if im dilated or not. My last doctor's appointment was 2 weeks ago & my doctor told me i wasnt dilated yet. Hopefully things have changed. I just want them to get this baby out of me already! They cant possibly refuse me... Can they?

Unfortunately my current gynecologist wont see me because because i owe $600 which was brought down from $2800 because of my medicaid. Since my medicaid obviously didnt cover everything i owe them money. Im on maternity leave so i cant pay it out with cash & no one around me has that kind of money to lend me. So i have to take the high road since i cant afford another appointment. I havent been seen by a doctor for the past two weeks. Im 40 weeks & 4 days pregnant. I passed my due date which was Sunday. I want to know if im dilated or not and i know the only way i would know is for my doctor/nurse to tell me. Since they gave me the boot where else could i go to know if i need to be induced and if im dilating?

Everything seems to be going wrong at the last minute so canyone please guide me thru this? Should i just look for another doctor? Do free clinics do labor inducements & check your dilation? Im lost, please help!

I need a laptop asap and unfortunately i do not have the full funds to get one right now. Is there any place or websites that sell laptops with no money down and possibly has monthly payment plans?

Have any of you felt this kind of pain when you went into labor? Im not sure if i am having contractions but this really hurts!

Im 40 weeks pregnant & could possibly go into labor any day now. I just want to hear some delivery stories to help prepare me for my d-day. Im so anxious to finally see my baby boy that i dont care about the amounts of pain i will go thru or how horrible the contractions will feel. As long as i get to finally hold my son in my arms nothing else matters.

Please feel free to be open with your stories. Get down to the nitty gritty. My attitude is positive for going into labor so your stories would help me know what i could possibly go thru. Every delivery is different so the more i know the better prepared i will be. Thanks!

The 2nd nearest hospital is 11 minutes & 4.7 miles away without taking the express way and the 1st neares hosptial is 10 minutes & 3.1 miles away without taking the express way too. Unfortunately since I moved I no longer am close to my assigned hospital. I'm home all day on bed rest so I plan on calling an ambulance to get me to the hospital. If as soon as I call the 911 operator from home will I be able to request which hospital to take me to and they`ll take me there? I don't care about the extra mileage or cost I just need a for sure form of transformation to get me to my assigned hospital & doctor.
