long story make it short i got it dropped i was super lucky. The judge brought it down to an infraction so all that was suspended was my driving license. they said it would be suspended for about a year and i must have sr-22 until 2011. up to this date i have not gotten out my license. 2011 is right around the corner does anybody know if i can just go and get out my driving license without any sr-22

here is something briefly that happen

i was at a bar with 2 friends, after the bar we went to the store. (it was late now) a friend of mine got into an argument, we got each in head locks in the parking lot, He slipped and broke his leg, so then i help him into the car, andi decide to walk home and they took off with out me, As i was walking home maybe a block i walk, a police comes towards me really agressive and takes me to the floor, i told him i only had a couple of beers and i was in argument with my friend,

i talk to my friend and they said that another police stopped them down the street and they asked him if he wanted to press charges and he said no. i didnt brake his leg he slipped. so tomorrow can anyone tell me what to expect? i done some research, im pleading not guilty,

and i have no lawyer cant afford one. so yes anyone with legal experience help out

my sister been dating for about 8 months now. we got this beautiful male cockatoo about 4 years ago he was about 1 year old. his name is coko and he bonded with my sister i have 7 parrots in the house 3 large, 1 amazon is bonded to me. 1 female goffin bonded to my mom and 1 male bonded to my sister. Im kinda the one in my family that knows the most about parrots in my family. im still studying them but i know alot bout them

i feel as she has emotionally abandon coko. coko started plucking about a year ago due to boredness. i figured it out and got him a play pen and his feathers grew back. he seems to be starting again. he has developed these nasty screeching noise,been misbehaving really bad he has fits. i blame my sister. due to paying attention to him or spending time with him on her frree time.

this is long but to make it short

the bond i have with coko is when she is not around is ok. he will come to me and play. i have him well discipline, when my sister is around and im inside her room he attacks me. which is understandable i guess bcz of territorial issues so i dont go around him when he is in the room with her...

i need to developed at least 10 things/ or commitments or something so she can do so he wont misbehave

i need some rules or something so they can be apply to her so she can take care of coko so he wont misbehave with the family. and if she dont accept her part im gonna have take their bond and break it some how.
