Im a 5'9/5'10 17 yo male weighing 125 pounds. My goal is to be around 185 pounds of both fat and muscle. I like to fatty muscle look so Im not here to get diet plans on how to get 6 pack abs or whatever. I just want to see if somebody can give me a diet plan to help me gain the weight and tell me how long it could take. Ive been trying for about a year to gain some weight and at first i threw on 30 pounds easily within probably 3/4 months but since then theres been nothing so if you could help me with a diet plan that would be great. thanks

TNA seems to be looking at wrestlers who are in their youth and wont strain their wage bill. Given that Hardy earns a figure around the $1m mark and is nearly 37, will TNA release him? He is no doubt their biggest asset with lots of money generated from his clothing, music and art. He also is massive draw and probably a major factor in why TNA can still draw 1m+ viewers each week. So will TNA let him go and if so, will they give him one last World Champion run? And will that be the end of Mr.Hardy
