I sized up from a 6mm to 8mm. I had the 6mm in for about 2 months and did not hurt at all, so i decided to try the 8mm. It wouldnt go, so i took it out and downsized back to the 6mm. Yesterday in the shower, i got the 8mm in with only a little bit of pain. Now it is swollen slightly, and when i took it out to check, there was a blood clot and lymph.

I cleaned it out and put the taper back in. Its not bleeding anymore (i think that blood was from yesterday) and now it twists easier and is not as painful, but it is still tender. I dont know if it has blown out or what.

Should I Downsize to a 6mm, or just leave the 8mm in?

I am a student, so my life consists of lengthy train journeys, eating crap and sleeping.

I wouldnt say i'm fat, i am in the healthy range for my BMI, just out of shape. I cant afford the gym, so how can i lose 10-20lbs easily and build muscle. I know the whole diet and exercise thing, i just need to be motivated.
