I just found out I am 7 weeks pregnant, I am 21 and I've been doing research on cvs and amniocentisis. Both terrify me- the needles, pain and possible chance of miscarriage. I am wondering if the test is always done or just if a problem may be suspected and if anyone has had it, how did you feel about it? Did you feel it was worth it? Did it hurt?

so ive been on birth control for a few years now and last year i stopped taking it for a few months and didnt get my period for about 2 months. i started the pill again and then stopped again after i got my period around april 20th. i got my period on time the next month but havent got it since. i took two pregnancy tests about two weeks ago both negative. ive had sore nipples, been really tired, and rundown sometimes. ive been doing research and ive seen that stopping the pill can cause pregnancy symptoms but im really not sure, any help out there?
