Question: 3 Resistors of 10 ohms, 20 ohms, and 30 ohms are connected in a parallel circuit to a pd of 50 V.

Calculate the:

(1) Req

(2) Pd across each resistor

(3) Current through each resistor

MY ANSWERS:

(1) Req = 5.45

(2) 50 V.

(3) 5 A

Am I correct?

You know how he's cynical, thinks everyone is phony & hasn't dealt with his brothers death? He's obviously depressed and blah blah blah. Well at the end of the book he admits that he has begun seeing a therapist. Fast forward 2 or 3 years. How do you think Holden will be then? Do you think it's possible that seeing a therapist can change his way of thinking and attitude towards life? I feel like that's a very difficult thing to accomplish and a little unrealistic. What do you think? Is it possible?

Okay so I'm confused. The problem is √ 9 + √ 16 =___

Do I simplify? The square root of 9 is 3 and the square root of 16 is 4 so 3 + 4 = 7

OR

Do I just add and keep the radical √ 9 + √ 16 = √ 25 (simplify if asked)

Which answer is correct? I'm so confused.. Please help!

Okay, so quick question! I just took my English regents I was having trouble finding a literary device so I used imagery.
