To preface this, I am not trying to offend anyone. I believe in nonviolence. Others do not. That's their belief, and I respect that. I'm just a teenager questioning authority, and I'll accept any explanation as long as it makes sense.

So here I go. The end justifying the means is basically saying the morality of what they are doing (though while seeming bad) will have a good outcome, and that makes it ohkay.

So why then, is it that when a religous radical kills people they don't know, and claims "the end justifies the means" they get put in jail for the rest of life...BUT...

When the military claims "the end justifies the means" we're fighting for our beliefs, and freedoms, they get badge of honor?

Of course, military men are often much more sane then religious radicals and are complying with the law...but still, isn't the principle the same?

They both are killing people and saying, it's ohkay because in the end, that justifies the means. But does it? They are literally both doing the same thing.

Those types of shirts. I love that. And I tried it a while back, and it just didn't work for me.

This may be awkward, but I'm a 34 D. I'm a relatively small girl other than that. Not a big butt, and I weigh approximately 130 pounds. I'm not a stick, but I'm not huge. I'm 5'6.

I really love the whole effortless cool look. It's affordable and is really in fashion when paired with the right accessories. I love fashion, but I'm not glitzy.

So I love this look.

But, will it work? I know big frumpy stuff doesn't work for busty girls typically, but since these have a little shape, do you think they'd be ohkay on me? I'd obviously wear skinny jeans or shorts with them.

Last time I tried I just grabbed something off the rack. But I don't wanna get my hopes up and go to a decent mall (because my town doesn't have one) and be letdown when it doesn't work on me.

What do you think? You don't have to have my body shape to comment.

Please, I'm not exaggerating. I've been having periods since I was eleven, and I know what's abnormal. I'm sixteen now, and my periods for the last year have been ridiculous.

(This usually happens on the first day, and can last up to the third day)

I cry all day due to pain, usually miss a day of school, and puke a ton. I have a medical problem that makes me puke once a day anyways (the doctors are unsure why this happens) but, when I'm on my period the puking is typically constant. I've never checked if I have a fever, but it's likely cause I'm always hot and dizzy.

My bleeding isn't too bad.

I don't get it. Why does it hurt so bad, and why can't I function like a normal person?

In reality, I know how to extract capsaicin, I just need a little help.

I know you need to use alcohol, like vodka. But how much? Every website I find is very helpful in telling me what to do, and different ways to do it, but it never says how much.

I asked my chemistry teacher how much, and she said to try different amounts and test it. Except, that's going to take along time, and waste alcohol. And it's my parents, and it isn't cheap.

Say I'm wanting to extract capsaicin from one habenero pepper. So, how much alcohol?

I'll take a rough estimate. I don't even really have a guess. I've never done this before?

Ohkay, so I have a really close friend. We've been really close for two years, cause we always have tons of classes together (since we both take music classes and are in honors) so I see him alot. And I've known him since kindergarden.

There was a brief time when I liked him, and he liked me. But we just couldn't handle it, weren't used to it, and quickly went back to being friends.

I assumed that this friendship had stayed mutual. But as I've grown to like this other guy that I've only known for a few months, he's expressed discontent. And he emailed me last night talking about how he was jealous because he feels like this guy isn't a good person?

If he afraid of losing our friendship or of something more?

B.Q.- Anyone know how to help the pain? Like I'm not joking, it hurts so bad. I did it hours ago, and I can hardly eat due to the pain when I swallow.

I have long (right below the girls in the front, and half way down my back in the back) red/brown hair. It's pretty thick, but it isn't ridiculous. Oh, I have full bangs too.

I want to lighten the color (put some strawberry blonde in it), and I want it cut. A big cut.

I want it cut about to my shoulders, maybe a little higher. My long hair is just too heavy, and I want something fresh. And it grows back, right?

My stylist will thin my hair out some, but she won't go crazy because she says it just wont look good if I have to thin it out alot.

So tell me if these are for thin hair? Or if they wont work for me?

I walked in the woods barefoot, and now my feet are all cut up.

Then, not even thinking- me, my sister and my friend jumped into the pond to clean up ('cause we were super muddy), and it was SO cold. My little sister couldn't breathe and then she got this crazy nosebleed.

I helped her out, of course... but it was so dumb of me.

Ohkay, so I eat VERY spicy foods. Well, I accidently put too much food, and I knew it'd be hot, but I thought it'd be ohkay. But... it wasn't. I felt sick. So I kept drinking water and water and water, until I cleared out almost an entire gallon.

Now I keep puking, and I can't stop. And I'm also shivering uncontrollably.

I swear I'm not making this up.

We are both still in highschool, and she comes home with me after school everyday. You see, her family can't afford to drive back and forth and get her from school. She can't ride the bus because she's on open enrollment. (Which is because she has "anxiety attacks" and has to be with me, all of her other friends). My family and I feed her, help her with homework, and take her to home and church. She stays the night once or twice a week.

Anyways, here is what happens. She never does her homework, then cries to me about bad grades. I sit down and try to make her do homework, but I'm not her mother, and she isn't in first grade.

She complains she can't do it because her life is hard. Which it is, I agree. She just started public schooling last year, it can be alot for someone to just jump into. Also, her mother doesn't have a lot of money, and her siblings are a bit crazy. But first of all, she doesn't usually leave my house till after 7 on school nights. But, she can't use it as an excuse for everything.

Whenever someone compliments her, she NEVER let's it go. "Hey, they said that I have super curly natural hair and it's awesome.. what does that mean? Is that a compliment?" She just wants attention, which she probably needs, but is this the way she needs to go about it. She'll repeat this four times a day.

She is the same with insults. "My aunt said I need to get my bangs out of my face. Why am I so gothic and ugly?!"

She is also annoyingly best friends with someone who hates me, and she talks about how she'd rather be with her, than me. Though I've done everything for her.

She also seems to be stricken with a life-and-death illness everyday. Sore throat, cough, anxiety attacks, stomach aches, toothaches... anything you can think of... she probably had it last week.

I'm going insane. I see her everyday of my life. How to... chill?

No, I do not make myself puke. I puke at the very least, once a week. (Sometimes I puke everyday)

I have been doing this since I was three. Yes, I go to the doctor, after years of testing, and nothing, they just go "Take these meds"... and they don't even help.

I seem to puke more when I'm nervous, when it's hot, or when I eat a lot. (Duh)

But... I still puke consinstently without those. It's ALWAYS right after dinner.

Help?

For science fair, I need to do testing on relative pitch. I have to play three notes for each person.

I can probably come up with three notes that all girls will be able to hit... but for guys... what three notes should I play? Like I don't want a guy to be considered off pitch just because something is a little low or a little high for them.
