I recently got a bad sunburn on my back and it has begun to peel. However, under the dead skin there was A LOT of liquid stuff. I don't know what it was, but it's all gone now but now my back hurts and the skin feels very tight. I did not purposely peel of the skin, but every time I reached back there to gently scrath or anything, the dead skin just came off. I don't know why it's hurting. I've been keeping a cool, wet towel on it because that's the only thing that helps. Please help me figure out what the liquid stuff was and why the are is now very painful anD tight. I've had a sunburn peel before, but I don't remember it being like this.

I am baby-sitting my aunt's dogs for three days and one night. She told me she would pay me about the amount that she would pay at a kennel. However she had me take care of them on my birthday (which makes the extra day; it was originally only going to be two days and one night), which I was not aware of. So I was wondering what a fair amount would be, because the amount she suggested is no where near what she would pay at a kennel.
