Current regulation in a circuit?
I have a device which works on an AC adapter with 5V,1.5 A DC output. I want to use the same adapter to power another module as well which has a power consumption of 119 mA @ 5V DC max. Will it be possible to do so? If yes, what kind of current regulatory circuit will i require?

And, is there any other alternatives to achieve the above requirement?

If light (EM wave) was concentrated in small packets or Photons, having some definite Kinetic Energy(w/ kinetic mass), then it should also have momentum. If it has momentum, those photons should also possess inertia, then why does not a beam of light, produce mechanical force on the object it falls? like for instance, turn a turbine or paddle wheel when it'll fall on one half of it? Same way as cathode rays turn a paddle wheel. Why is light considered to be EMw to satisfy certain things and Corpuscular to satisfy otherwise.. :/ There must be something that is intermediate to both theories or something that is way different but explains all the phenomenon of light. Viz, Reflection, refraction, diffraction, polarization, photo-electric effect, Compton effect etc.
